As a food company, we at Satake Bussan have been delivering fruits produced in Yamagata, the fruit kingdom, to all over Japan for 60 years.
One day, while I was talking with a farmer as usual, he confided in me that he had a lot of fruit that he harvested that did not meet the standards and could not be shipped, but that it still tasted great.
When you try it, the taste is definitely there.
I would like as many people as possible to taste this fruit.
After much trial and error, we created a series that allows you to enjoy the crunchy texture of fruit pulp.
This is a new type of fruit drink that uses the luxurious pulp of Yamagata's signature pears, apples, and peaches, and allows you to enjoy not only the experience of drinking it, but also the experience of eating it.
The flesh visible through the bottle is visually beautiful, capturing the four seasons and fruit culture of Yamagata.
